What we collect
When you ask for a free inspection through one of our web pages, we collect what you type: your name, mobile phone number, ZIP code, and which storm you're asking about. We also record the page you used and, if you arrived from an online ad, the advertising click identifier attached to that visit, so we can tell which ads are useful.
When you call us, our phone system records the call time, the number you called from, and — after a recording notice — the call itself, so the person who calls you back knows what was discussed.
How we use it
- To call or text you about scheduling, confirming, or following up on your inspection.
- To keep a record of the inspection and the report we give you.
- To understand which of our advertising brings in inspection requests.
Text messages
By submitting a form or calling us, you agree that Legacy Roofing and Contracting may send you text messages about your inspection — scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Who sees it
Your information is used by Legacy Roofing and Contracting and the service providers who run our scheduling, phone, and messaging systems on our behalf. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep inspection records for as long as we may need them to serve you, then delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by calling the number above.
